Hey @Alex Bradley what SMS system did you end up going with? Did it work out well? 

Hey Catalin, I’m no pro but your numbers made me want to not cold call lol. Which means most likely it would be wise to pursue a different route. If those numbers are spot on it means skip tracing with the dnc filter is going to be extremely thin on return and this is just due to the numbers. I’m in the same moment with RVMs I don’t think the return is getting me where I would like to be. Please let me know what you decide 

@Lisa Leary nope my advise was bad. and that's my fault my apologies. I talked to a realtor friend and you wouldn't be a able to get a fee. the property to come off of the MLS and not be under a contract with the agent. Shout out @josh C. and

Why not offer the agent a part of your fee as you wholesale it. If they are getting a percentage of the sale and you add a few thousand after completion they maybe willing to not only work with you but also send to you pocket listings that they are unable to sell knowing you will give them a cut of the pie. And even more you have just started a solid working relationship.

@Caleb Blance after a bit of trial and error I Figured this one out. What I did was save it to my desktop and then sent it to myself. Odd I know but I am using a MAC so it gets weird at times. If that doesn't work try placing the file in a folder on your hard drive. Let me know if this helps.
