Hello, I am a newbie here. I am based out of Cincinnati, Me & my husband are looking to buy multi family homes around 500-750k range. We do own a single family home rental. Looking forward to connect with others and learn in the process.

Friends, Looks like HB 532 was passed earlier this year and became law from April 2017. Does anyone know of an institute provide online pre licensing exam other than Hondros? they seems to be very expensive.. Thanks in advance.
