Hey Conor, as far as I know, there is no way around that. Unless, you try to sneak a renter in there, however, I wouldn't recommend that. You can try calling the association as well, but there are probably no exceptions. I'm sorry that I can't be of more help.

Hi Kye, what is it considered now if it's not a shared apartment? Also, I'd recommend talking to the City to see what the requirements are for it to be considered a shared apartment.
