Hi, my names Rich! I'm brand new to real estate investing. A friend of a friend told me about this site as we were working on partnering for a deal. I'm very glad, excited and thankful he did (Thanks Alex!!). I haven't been on here much but from what I have seen, this place looks amazing and just what I need lol. Definitely would love to meet with some people and possibly find a mentor, if you're in the Rochester area! In the meantime, more research, connecting and listening to the podcasts.
