Thinking of selling duplex due to septic issues Mableton, Atlanta, GA area. County gave me one more last month of extension to fix all the issues. My septic contractor taking forever to build channel drain around the property. Also county now asking to put Elgin system also. If i do not complete by July 10th i have to face legal action by county. I like to understand what legal action county may take? Is it is like thousands of dollars penalty or some other punishment they give? I am trying to understand worst case scenario while i am working through this unknown territory? Please advise. Cobb county near Atlanta GA recommended to put Elgin Septic System. Any one ever installed elgin septic system? any good recommendations? how it is different from regular system. Does it work ok in back yard which has rain water coming from near uphill properties. Which are cheap and best systems available there.Please advise. Thanks in advance.

He paid ahead of time last 2 months  as he moved in 2 months back to my property. First month while moving in he paid. Second month he scheduled around January 20th and i received rent on January 26th

i texted saying ' Happy Monday XYZ..quick reminder about MArch rent..i did not see cozy email alert about rent payment intiation yet'

He responded back as below

'Yes sir i will be later rent will be paid on friday first thing. Had a issue with my direct deposit'

he paid ontime last 2 months

should i still send email? please advise
