Elgin Septic System to be placed on backyard

Cobb county near Atlanta GA recommended to put Elgin Septic System. Any one ever installed elgin septic system? any good recommendations? how it is different from regular system. Does it work ok in back yard which has rain water coming from near uphill properties. Which are cheap and best systems available there.Please advise. Thanks in advance.
