Hi @Ali Boone. Thanks for replying, I appreciate it!

I was e-mailed the "Transaction Fee Disclosure" at the same time the contract was e-mailed to me. So they did not blindside me after signing the contract. I haven't e-mail signed either document yet.

The market is Central Florida.

Thanks you both for your responses -- I appreciate it!

@Account Closed- I was thinking the same thing - it's not a deal breaker - but it was surprising considering the circumstances.

@Larry Fried - The amount is for $300.

Hi. I agreed to purchase a property with a turn key provider. I did not use a real estate broker or salesperson at any point. After agreeing, I received a message requesting that electronically approve "Transaction Fee Disclosure".

Is it reasonable and customary, when purchasing a property from a turn key provider, to pay a transaction fee?

Thanks!

Thanks Solomon, I greatly appreciate it. I found an appraiser who is doing an analysis for me, but I appreciate the offer!

Thanks again,

Pat

Hi @Chris Grenier, thanks for the reply. Based on what I read about BPOs, that's basically it. Here are some descriptions I saw online:

Instead of running my own CMA, I thought it might make sense to have a professional do a run a Broker Price Opinion.

Hi. I have a couple of inquiries to individuals I found online. But I posted this just in case I don't hear back.

I'm looking for someone to produce a Broker Price Opinion at a reasonable fee. The property I need it for is in West Volusia County.

Can you recommend someone from West Volusia County who can do this for me?

I appreciate your help!

Thanks,

Pat

That's exactly what I'm struggling with. How much less cash flow vs. other areas of the country do I want to accept in order to buy here? It's the age old question.

I'm glad it's working out. Thanks for your reply -- I greatly appreciate it!

Hi David. I know your post is old. I just curious if you ever wound up buying in Volusia County. I’m considering a specific property there myself. How did things go? Did you wind up buying? Thanks, Pat
