 This is exactly why I think its made up to throw people off...If you are going to run, then run and hide. Don't run and tell everyone you are running.  BUT...if you want people to think you are running you tell everyone and set up somewhere rural and small stateside.

I wouldn't doubt if the whole moving abroad thing is made up to throw off people trying to find them. I bet he stayed State side and just went off the grid somewhere. Just my two cents...

I wouldn't touch this with a 10Ft pole.  These scams are all over the place and sophisticated.  I would tell them to book through the site and have their employer reimburse them.  Their problems shouldn't become your problems.  Its just not worth it and you are not covered by VRBO/AirBNB if they don't book through the site.  Just my .02 cents.

@Travis Rasmussen I would be interested in seeing that 101 for STR's as I am looking in the PCB Smoky Mtn areas for STR.

He should be forced to live in one of the houses he tried to pass off as a home in Indy!!!

Just search his name or Morris Invest in bigger pockets forum and you will have tons of testimonials. All in all, stay very far away from Morris Invest.

 That is exactly what I am saying. There is no way they could keep up with it if everyone did it every day. They also advertise on Facebook. Are they able to delete other people's post on Facebook? I am pretty sure I can't delete what other people post as replies to my posts.

I find it amazing that all these people were scammed by Morris Invest and there are no bad reviews on his YouTube Channel in the comments nor his Facebook ads. I could see him taking a few down, but we are talking hundreds of people affected by this. He can't possibly keep up with hundreds of bad reviews week in and week out. I would be blasting him every day.
