I believe there was a guy on the podcasts recently that used credit cards.  If you are fine with it, then I dont see any reason why anyone shouldn't do it

Great response ^ that is definitely good advice.  Make sure you aren't all-in on any one buyer, lender etc.

I agree, depends on the deal always.  If the numbers work for you and I, I dont are what the wholesaler makes.

Hi all, fairly new to Bigger Pockets but not new to wholesaling.  I am located in Knoxville, TN and always am looking to add cash buyers to me and my partner's list.

Let me know if you like good deals!

One time I heard on the Bigger Pockets podcast that if your deal is in fact a good deal, you will find a buyer.  So I guess my advice is that if you can't find a buyer, find a better deal.

Google purchase agreement for wholesaler.  There are a bunch of variations, and if you get it from a reliable source you'll be fine.

Make some calls, there are so many title companies.  It is kind of like trying to get a loan, you just have to try a bunch of different companies and eventually you will find one.

Check the real estate section in craigslist.  When I first got started, I checked it every day.  There are a lot of junk posts, but I have found a couple deals there.  I still try to check it often because sometimes it is the source investors forget about
