Finding off market deals??

I'm looking for off market deals to put under contract for cash buyers in my area. Sometimes I feel as if I have a hard time finding quality off market deals.

What are some tactics and ways that I can market to find off market deals and cash buyers to connect with

Additionally, you should let every one you know that you are in the real estate game and looking for properties. Tell them to tell everyone they know. You are not alone in your struggle to find quality deals. Identifying and securing great deals takes effort, patience, and consistency but can be done.
