There are a lot of Real Estate Investor software in the market. I’d like to here some feedback on some of the software you are using and your experience. 1 more aspect of the software, what do you primarily use the software for?

I agree with Joe... Even thought it’s Real Estate, you should consult an attorney. The Attorney would have your best interests.

Also, I think there is a lot of emotions involved so try to have a conversation with your wife 1st before you start moving things into motion.

So just to clarify on Sharon’s case, if she sold the rental property for Less than she purchased it

She would not have a loss to file?

Ex: purchased price $100K

Sold price $90K

Loss of $10K

Could she not deduct that $10K loss?
