Good title companies in baltimore that work with wholesalers

Anyone in the Baltimore area either wholesaling, or in real estate willing to recommend any title companies/closing agents that work with wholesalers?

In addition, any recommendations for real estate attorneys that can review my contracts (ideally for free, but you know, a guy can dream)

I've worked with Larry London at Clear title group a couple of times and he's been thorough and very quick. They're in Pikesville.
