@Raven Curtner

It’s a lot of work. I would get educated.

10 RE books

100 episode of Pod casts

100 posts to add value to others

100 deals to analyze

10 webinars

Go to local RE meet ups

Somewhere in that whole process you will find your mentor/Coach

@Antwaun Boykin

Listen to Lee Ripma on BP podcast. That will give you an idea on how and why to choose the market.

@Lauren Koon

I’m currently in process of refinancing my property in CA. The rates are super low and from the Lenders point of view it’s the best rate in the last 10 years.

I highly recommend to refi today. If you need help with your property being refinanced DM and I’ll give you my lender info. She is fantastic. She works 24-7 and always gets the best rates.

@Javen Harris

I agree with Michael. Chalk that one up on the BS pile.

Save your $4800 for the rehab.

@Sarah Jukes

Once you find the property that you desire do you just put in an offer with the agent or do you need to work with the bank at that point?

@Celia Moore

Just in August 7th, Mr President Trump stated that he will be deferring the capital gains tax for the 2020 year and possibly 2021 if he gets elected again!!

1031 exchange can be another avenue if we do not have to pay cap taxes if we sell.

@Cade Mayer

If you do decide to get a FHA loan that will come with extra costs of PMI. This will be difficult to remove unless you refinance and have enough LTV in the property. I think I would go for the Conventional loan with help of private lenders.

Post: How can someone utilize their 401k for investing in real estate?

@Brandon Lee Turner

One of the ways is you can borrow against the 401 at a very low interest rate and pay the money back when you sell the property.

The other is to utilize the 401 into another IRA account and use the funds to purchase Real Estate. There is a book on it, but I don't recall the name.
