Good afternoon Bp family

So I've been on BP for a few weeks now , I've listened to the podcast like a mad man and tried to read the BP book whenever i can but the one thing that i keep on hearing is to go to a local REIA meeting. I started looking on "meet up" for some REIA group and most of the ones I've found are not group at all but undercover gurus trying to get you in the door( these guy are getting trickier by the min). I found a list that BP has on here, so my question is which group should i go visit that isn't a waste of my time, if their any member of these group on here please tell me a little bit of what goes on at these meeting also some ask for a member ship fee is that normal ?

thanks for the help BP family

Hello BP family

My name is Pedro and i am fairly new to real estate, like many of you , i too was told that wholesaling is the high way to easy money /financial freedom. I knew it was too good to be true and i was right, from listening to the BP podcast and reading the UBG book it's a lot harder then what the gurus say it will be. From my understanding wholesaling is actually one of the hardest ways to start in real state but it can be done. One of the main components to a real estate deal is how to analyze a deal and how to know a good deal from a bad deal ( make your money on the buy). My question to the BP family is how do i learn how to analyze a deal? Can some one refer me to a blog, book or podcast that shows a step by step way to analyze a deal?

Thanks

Thanks Able it mean a lot to me that their still people in the world willing to help people. I am working on the shyness I just gotta man up and face it head on ( can't be worst then dating right?). Right now I am just taking in all the bp information and maybe network with someone who's willing to take me under their wing and show me the ropes Abel Curiel
