Good morning BP family

I am pretty new to Real Estate and had a few question about Wholesaling in New York.

  1. Are bandit sign illegal in NYC ? if not do i need a permit?
  2. What areas are best for Bandit sign? and how do you find them?
  3. Same question as Number 2 but for direct mail?
  4. White or yellow letters or post card? Which ones have given you the most rings?
  5. What company do most Wholesalers use in NYC for direct mail and bandit signs?

I have a lot more questions but i think this is a good start for now, also if their any Wholesaler in NYC that would like a free lunch/ dinner in exchange for more information about Wholesaling please pm me.

Thanks BP!

Same , I am looking forward to networking with you and other agents. Maybe you can help point me in the right direction on my next Real estate deal @Darren Sager. @Carl C. I am also going to go to @damonbodine meet up and i will be making a post for both meet explaining how it went and what i learn.  Many people who are new to real estate get taking advantage of by real estate gurus who make them believe that with out paying 20k for classes you will never make it unless you know someone who is willing to show you the ropes.  I believe this is why a lot of people don't make it in real estate ( trust me i was one of them ) but i am not give up, i am going to just  learn as much as i can day in and out and keep on networking til i can get my first deal.
