Does anyone want to discuss getting into Ohio Bulk Tax Lien purchasing?   There aren't many players in Ohio and it's a good time to start considering since the bulk sales are in September-November, depending on the County.   Let me know.

Just wanted to see who's going to the NJ Distressed Mortgage Expo in February.  Hoping to get some more tapes to review.  Anyone know of any good targets to make the request or to be added to an email list?  

Also, hoping to meet and add some more foreclosure clients to the contact list for my law firm - if anyone needs assistance!

All good insights.  You get what you pay for.  It very well may work out, but it’s about quantifying risk.  It’s not all that dissimilar to driving without a seatbelt.  Most times, you’re fine.  But that one time - that’s the time you’ll have wished you would have just followed everyone’s advice.

Hi, Steve!  Welcome to BP.  You'll have fun on this site.  

I suggest that if you want a lease that includes airBnb, you should ask the tenant to sign a new lease and have some hold harmless language in it to protect yourself. You'll also want to check in with your insurance company as they may require an additional rider for coverage. Not every short term resident will be a good one, so you'll need a lever to pull when (not if) a nut ball damages your place and you need to collect for damages.
