Hey Everyone!

My name is Steve, and I live in Columbus, Ohio.  I am a P&C insurance agent and my wife has been a realtor with 12 years of experience in helping buyers, sellers and investors.  We are both in our early 30's.  

Our investing strategy is to buy and hold residential properties to build wealth and provide for an early retirement.  We currently have 8 rentals (3 single family units & 1 5-unit apartment) and are working on our first flip!
