Just out of Curiosity, who’s investing in Kansas City?? Compared to the Oregon prices of homes. The deals out there look amazing.

I’m looking for some advice from some investors that buy and hold there, and just some thoughts you might have about still investing there

Good morning everyone,

I need some help on what I do next. I’ve been contacting owners on Craigslist to see if they want to sell their property. I’m targeting ads that look like the owner made them, and that are for rent. The way I’ve been contacting them is through email.

So my question is, what do I do next after they say no?? How do I follow up?? I don’t want to be black balled on a opportunity from asking them over and over.

I’m curious if anyone has gotten any leads from property management companies?? If so how did you do it??

I’m currently going through Craigslist and sending emails to different “rental properties” looking for tenants. I’m asking them if they would accept a offer on there properties. But I’m seeing a lot of those properties listed from property management companies. Any advice on how to approach those managers and ask for the owners info??

@Michael Quarles That’s awesome, so with the follow up would you send the same letter again?? Also, would a owner want to read that long of a letter?? When I get letters in the mail that I don’t care about I throw them away or is having a long letter ok?

What is the best way of getting my hands on a list of all the multi family listings in my county?? Driving for dollars is a good way to find the properties I want, but I want to send letters out to every multi family owner in my area.
