Good morning everyone,

I need some help on what I do next. I’ve been contacting owners on Craigslist to see if they want to sell their property. I’m targeting ads that look like the owner made them, and that are for rent. The way I’ve been contacting them is through email.

So my question is, what do I do next after they say no?? How do I follow up?? I don’t want to be black balled on a opportunity from asking them over and over.

@Patrick Flanagan because they’re talking about following up with leads, not cold calls that show no promise.
