What have been some your best direct mail marketing strategies?? I’m about to start sending letters to all the multi family’s in my area and I’m just curious on what you guys would suggest to say. end goal is to buy a 4 plex and find potential deals Thank you.

Hi Patrick... Great question... For multi-family i like using a more professional approach. 

Here are a couple choices.  

I think the key is to also put the letter in an envelope with your logo when possible.
