@Jay Hinrichs Hello! Could you please elaborate on who these underwriters are that own these title companies? I thought they just sold title insurance.

@ Chandra Wright I went last year in San Jose they will ask you to fill out an application of your financials because they will roll out the mastery course. It started at $25000. Than they will suggest you increase your credit card limits. Next they will"interview" applicants. I answered honestly and was never "interviewed"
