I am 45 years old and growing up in the east side of San Jose California my first memories are of JFK's picture at our local church apparently Bobby visited when he was supporting Cesar Chavez and the farm workers The Kennedys were held in high regard by most Mexican American families. It was very common as I was growing up to see a picture of JFK in most of our friends and families homes. He achieved saint like status.
