I looked at the Doorknobs and Deadbolts from this website
http://www.landlordlocks.com/
What kind of the lock should I purchase ?
785 Double Cylinder Deadbolt
Keyed on the inside and outside
780 Single Cylinder Deadbolts
Keyed on the outside with a latch on the inside

Personally I like double Cylinder but Keyed on the inside and outside. Will you please let me know your opinion ? Thanks.

I am a new landlord.

Thanks.

Frances

I put the offer in for more than two weeks and called and emailed the bank without any response. the property belong to Vericrest Finacial Inc. As the courtesy to other , I think they should let me know. no counter offer at all. the house has been in market since Jan without any offer. I offered them 75% of the asking price.

I like the first house. and I do not want to lose the opportunity to bid on second house but I am concerned about if both banks accept my offer and I only have money to purchase one. I would lose my deposit. Since the first house offer would end today. should I deposit my first house earnest money to my checking account ?

I offer to buy a house with $5000 cash check payable to the bank and give them a week to response for cash purchasing a house. I did not hear from the bank. The contract ends today. But I would like to put a offer in another house tomorrow. But I can't afford to purchase two. I contacted the realtor respresent that bank and did not hear from them. I like the house. Right now I do not know what to do. I am still interested in purchasing the first one. Should I put deposit my cash check back to my account and let the bank ?

Thanks.
