I have ceiling insulation. The brick house just a layer of brick with a lot windows. I changed all the windows already. Anything I can do. Thanks.

Just quick update for the tile. I purchased the stuff from homedepot. My tenant did not like the smell. We used water for a few mins to wet the floor and used towel to scrub all out. It looks great now. Thanks.

I have been living in the house for more than 15 years. I cleaned it over time and used the knife to scrub some mortar out some times. It did not work. Thanks.

I read the review in homedepot. It has been there for long time. I am wondering it will work. Thanks.

According to my observation, for whatever reasons, the mortar between tiles was not used the right mixture installed …. in between the tiles, there is some mortar and sand above the connection between the tiles.
It catches dirty easy. I consulted with some contractors. They suggested replacement of the floor which I am ready for this costly solution or knife off the dried mixture of mortar above the tiles... time consuming.
I used Oreck Orbiter Multi Purpose Floor Machine to scrub the floor a few times. The outcome was not so promising. .
There is big area to work on (12*13 sq fts). Some time it really bothers me. I am seeking better solution.

Any suggestion ?
Thank you for your advice.

My insurance company and tree companies I called gave me advice that I am not responsible for the leaning tree located in my property fell on the other property tree due to Hurricane Sandy.

But the staff who is working in my PA Abington and my neighbors stated I will be responsible for that. They said the trees were not well kept. But I never received any citation for the trees. I wanted to know who will be responsible for the leaning tree removal.

Thanks.

Post: Oil Tank Gauge

I enrolled in the program for the oil delivery. Last year the gauge was full . After using, I ordered the oil with 1/4 full oil tank According to the contract , less than 150 gallon delivery, it will qualify for the whole sale price which is $0.25 difference. Total is $37. I inclined to overlook something. I am wondering whether ....

I got the delivery with 148 gallon and I checked my oil tank gauge is 6/8. I suspected the oil company or driver .... since the oil company consistently has best price for the oil and over the internet, I saw it has three reviews. All the three reviewer has only one review. I called the oil company and questioned. They stated the oil tank gauge might be out of order. I am not aware of that oil gauge is fragile. I am an engineer. The mechanic of the oil gauge is quite simple for me. Should not have the much problem but I will like to know my assumption is right .

Please chime in so I can learn more about that.
