I offer to buy a house with $5000 cash check payable to the bank and give them a week to response for cash purchasing a house. I did not hear from the bank. The contract ends today. But I would like to put a offer in another house tomorrow. But I can't afford to purchase two. I contacted the realtor respresent that bank and did not hear from them. I like the house. Right now I do not know what to do. I am still interested in purchasing the first one. Should I put deposit my cash check back to my account and let the bank ?

Thanks.
