Maybe they overflowed the sink or did something they thought was their own fault and said leak so they don't lose the security deposit?
You should be able to find the range top cheaper than replacing the whole thing.

Is there already a tower there?

I'd be very careful about which companies devices get used. I.T. people usually call IoT the internet of unpatched things for a reason. I'd hate to build a technology into the business plan and find out the company dropped support for the devices after a year to force expensive upgrades.

What about RE investing makes the bank say it's a red flag to open a business checking account? Did they give you an explanation?

Squarespace is really nice or if you want something free wordpress works.
