@Daniel Rivera I actually never ended up receiving a bill / fee for this. I believe the reason was since I had recently purchased the property and the year of dispute was during the prior owner's possession, they forwarded this to the previous owner to take care of.

I would maybe also reach out to the Title company or whoever is servicing your loan to ask about that as well.

Good luck!

@Anton Ivanov Sorry if this has already been asked, but with the commercial loans how much of a down payment did you use?

On average how much were the purchase prices compared to the comps?
Absolutely love the idea of physically searching, I'm going to try that next!

With 2020 under way what is everyone's goal? Is everyone on track with their REI goals or have you needed to take small course corrections?

Below is my update, share yours!

Jokes aside though, figure this would be a venue for everyone to share their goals for the year :) So far so good on my end!

@Richard Bonisa  thanks for the reassurance.

My goal is to eventually do some light rehabs. Would there be any companies in particular who've been excellent to work with?

Also have you worked with any of the companies listed above before?

Thanks,

Not sure if I'm late to the thread but I'd also be interested @Jeb Brilliant @Graziano Casale

I have a couple of properties in Ohio and want to get into the Indy market, and would love to hear everyone's feedback on their success there.

Hi all,

Looking to get into the Indy market. Been doing some research throughout the older threads on recommendations for PM / REA and below is the list I came up with on who to reach out for calls/inquiries.

If anyone has used these companies would you recommend them? If there are others missed, I'd appreciate the suggestions.

My goal for the PM/REA would be for long term buy and eventually BRRRs.Thanks!

PMs:

  1. RPM
  2. EverGrow
  3. Ethosity
  4. City Place
  5. TH Realty
  6. PMI Meridian

REA:

  1. Ethosity
  2. City Place

Hi All,

So my PM sent me a letter they received where "The Board of Education as filed a complaint against the County Auditor's valuation of your property for tax purposes". Then they go on stating I can contest this with instructions.

I asked my PM about it and he said its the first one he's ever seen.

Was wondering if anyone has had this before?

Thanks @Ned Carey I'll look into that criteria.  Which platforms do you use to look at deals? Wholesalers?

Hi All.

Does anyone have suggestion for a good commercial (retail/industrial) broker around Orange County?

Thanks,
