Hi all,

Looking to get into the Indy market. Been doing some research throughout the older threads on recommendations for PM / REA and below is the list I came up with on who to reach out for calls/inquiries.

If anyone has used these companies would you recommend them? If there are others missed, I'd appreciate the suggestions.

My goal for the PM/REA would be for long term buy and eventually BRRRs.Thanks!

PMs:

  1. RPM
  2. EverGrow
  3. Ethosity
  4. City Place
  5. TH Realty
  6. PMI Meridian

REA:

  1. Ethosity
  2. City Place

Replied

I think  this is a decent list, but honestly there are some players to stay away from, especially if you are doing rehab and need trades, construction people, or project management in Indianapolis.  Sounds like you are buying rental properties in Indy so hopefully you dont need rehab.  I'd also be careful if you've considered new build construction.  Some nefarious players out there.

The list you have looks solid.
