Hi Everybody, I looking to invest on a single family on Jacksonville FL. I Cant seem to find the way to find what is the property tax rate, Where do I pull this information from? Thanks ahead!

As part of investment in property located on Jacksonville FL, I was asked to wire the money directly to the title company from my account to the title account. Is this an acceptable procedure? Should the money be wired true a trust company?
