Wiring directly to title
Hi Everybody,
As part of investment in property located on Jacksonville FL, I was asked to wire the money directly to the title company from my account to the title account. Is this an acceptable procedure? Should the money be wired true a trust company?
Many Thanks!

Hi, yes, this is an acceptable practice. Just make sure the wire info is truly from the legit title company There are a lot of scams happening where you wire, but it's not the actual title company's info. When I was asked to wire, I had the title company courier over night the wire info. If not that, talk to them on the phone and get it. Do this instead of just an email. I hope this helps.
