I got my sf on rehab currently and will be so for the next month. Should I insure the property in the meanwhile? Is this other Insurance type than the one with a tenente inside?

I'm looking for more data when analysis an opportunity. Where can I get information on tax history, rehub details, formerly granted permissions and any other valuable pieces of intel that I won't necessarily get on the Zillow, Trulia or other?

Are there known county websites? MLS details I should ask my agent? Other?

I'm gathering some quotes from home inspection services for a potential investment in a single-family (3 room, 2 bads, 1300 sqft). I'm expecting to get a detailed PDF with pictures and explanations, no video, no rehab price offer... Just a general inspection.

What is a reasonable price for a general inspection?
