Hi All,

I'm gathering some quotes from home inspection services for a potential investment in a single-family (3 room, 2 bads, 1300 sqft). I'm expecting to get a detailed PDF with pictures and explanations, no video, no rehab price offer... Just a general inspection.

What is a reasonable price for a general inspection?
