Tim good point, maybe people really aren't interested in Darwin and his life or right now probably lots of people aren't going to the movies to see films in general.

It wasn't a low budget film, it was about Darwin's life and his theories. I know some people would disagree with the content, some people wouldn't care but I think it should be allowed to succeed or fail based on weather people want to pay to go see it or not but sadly it wasn't even given that chance.

That's true but in some other articles that I read about the same movie they said they were having trouble getting the movie into theaters so its not the people the oppose it per se but the companies that own the theaters.

I mean agreeing or disagreeing with the content doesn't mean much to me its just the fact that the powers to be would rather us not know that it's out there, I feel that's a little shady.

This is a link to an article about a new movie being made about Darwin and his Theories; the producer won't even release it in america because of the resistance they would face.

Let me ask, why would a movie about evolution would have such a hard time time finding a slot in the theater?

I figured that gas was a pretty big expense, I am still working with the owner, he's older and wants to retire; he is willing to put the required systems in to have individual gas set up for each room since it's only four rooms.

I am honestly thinking about finding another buyer who lives in the area.

Ok so I finally got back in touch with the seller this morning.

The heat and water are paid for by the tenants.

There is electricity because of common area in the building is paid for by the owner, and gas is central, so that is also paid for by the owner.

That gas thing worries me a little but what do you guys think?

I had such a great time last weekend, it was great; i took a car and drove up highway 101 and drove along the west coast of northern california and camped out up in stinson beach for a few days, it was lovely, i took some time for me and my old lady;

How'd everyone spend their weekends?

It looks like i will be leaving america for a few years, i'm going to taiwan to teach english; i think its going to be lovely over there.
anyone ever been to china before?

I was reading this story and while it's still sad it's nice to see the law protecting everyday working people.

What does the boards think?
