Hi Robert! We do rent by the room in Roseville and I was wondering the same thing when I started looking at listing our bedrooms. It sounds like you're on the right track! I used comparables through similar sites to what you mentioned and made a list of notes next to them like "similar condition to ours" "small bedrooms" "has a pool" or whatever else was like/unlike our units and then picked in the higher percentile of rents because I knew we would provide more benefits than other units. You're doing all the right things!

Hi Everyone! I (Nicole) and my husband (Cameron) will be attending. We are from Sacramento, CA. I am in the middle of switching careers and becoming a full time agent.

We currently house hack where we rent by the room and closed on our first STR in Yucca Valley last week. We're excited to meet new faces and network with like minded people!

We arrive Friday and leave Wednesday. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to meetup.

@Haleigh Fulmer We're in escrow on a property in Yucca to STR with (so we might be a part of the saturation haha)

Our agent mentioned this to us a few weeks ago that people were noticing a slow down in bookings and he thinks it could be because many vacation spots are opening back up due to a Covid Vaccines. I’m not too sure either but I would love to hear others opinions!
