Hey everyone, is agent & broker the same?

Who is better to work with as far as getting deals?

Can any agent get you off market deals?

@Joel Calkins, I appreciate your input. I will contact brokers & see what’s out there that will help me.

This is what I wanted to do, but I’m a newbie & the risk of failing & loosing my primary residence is scary. Let me know how it works out for you though.

Hey everyone, so I have a few bucks in stocks, bonds,ETF. My question is my return isn’t to bad but not awesome either, I don’t touch it because that is for retirement. I’m 37 & want to get into real estate investing because I feel that I could have better return & I could have a better retirement. Is it worth pulling all out for a down payment? That’s all I have in there that I can do is a down payment. Has anyone done this?

Hey everyone, I want to start building my real estate portfolio in the future. I own a home now & have a mortgage, if I wanted to buy another property to fix & flip are there certain types of loans for that? For me to come up with down payment then my monthly mortgage payment & to fix it up to re sell seems out of my reach. I mean how many investors is reasonable to cover all that & still come out ok.
