Has anyone bought a model home lease it to the builder for office use until the neighborhood is completed & then sell it? I do a lot of new neighborhoods & some builders will lease the home from you for office use. Does Anyone have advice pros & cons would be helpful. Being that it’s a new home in an undeveloped neighborhood the home could be cheaper but when neighborhood is complete home goes up in value.

@Zach Lemaster, all I see is great reviews about you & your company. I’m thinking about multi family if that’s an option.

Hey everyone just wanted your thoughts on rent to retirement that I believe sponsors BP for a first purchase. It seems like they have the #’s in place weather it’s accurate or not idk. Has anyone dealt with them? I live in Raleigh NC & I didn’t want to invest out of state for my first investment property.

@Phillip Bradrick, thanks for the reply. There is so much potential out there for these homes. I just don’t have a lot of funds nor the experience to get stated. I do not mind at all doing the leg work & getting my hands dirty. I’m looking for someone to help if I find a good place either to fix & flip or brrrr what ever is best for the situation. I’m listening to pod casts & reading. But I’m more of hands on to learn type rather then reading & listening.

Hey everyone, I'm new to investing & want to learn. I drive all around Raleigh, mainly on the wake forest side but sometimes I'm on the holly springs side as well. I would love to connect with investors & help find homes that can be BRRR. I can even help on the rehab side as well. I have a pick up truck. If you don't mind showing me the ropes then I don't mind keeping an eye out for properties.
