Hey everyone, I am new to this.

I’ve been watching videos & networking on the meetup app for a bit now. Looking forward to starting a new journey. I’m a truck driver & I do like my job but I feel like I’m suffocating because I want to do better & be better rather than just drive a truck. If there is anyone in North Carolina or any where for that matter that knows this booming market & wants to school someone I’m all ears. I don’t know if it’s worth spending a bunch of $$ on mentors/couches like the rich dad poor dad program or commercial property advisor with Peter Harris.

Start with podcasts/videos/books. Don't blow money on mentorship or coaches without learning more. Build your credit and save while learning. From there I'd invest. Start small, one of the best ways to start is house hacking.
