Bank not wanting to lend HELOC for investments
My husband and I are in the process of refinancing our HELOC on our primary residence. We are in the underwriting process currently and getting push back from the credit union on using the HELOC for renovations on a BRRRR property. We have already purchased the duplex in cash. Anyone have a similar situation from a bank?
We are investing in Muskegon.
