@, I generally think of South Florida as anything being south of lake "O". Of all my keywords, none were tripped here. : (

@, I would consider the Keys South Florida. Florida doesn't get any more south than that. : )

@, we may be building another bubble, but it's certainly still building here in Palm Beach County. SFRs, especially REOs, are flying off the market. May have same day multiple offers, and seem to be going at or above asking price.

Wholesaling was my first thought. If it's a really good deal, flip it, (wholesale), make some money, pay some of the CCs, find the next one.

Hi @, Welcome. I liked your post about wires on the outside of the building. ( that lead me here ) Glad to see you're getting involved.

When I started reading this I was thinking " I didn't do much for my business today", but as I read it occurred to me that I breathed a huge sigh of relief that funds hit our account today from last week's re-fi. Had to wait three days, because the house is still our homestead. (Fl. law)

Paid back the 5k that we borrowed last week to secure the deal on our new house. Helped establish the relationship w/ likely future financial backer. (Yay!!)

Worked 8 hrs for "the man".

Celebrated @ Japanese hibatchi grill. ( the celebration is part of the deal, right? )

Stopped by our new house, drove by a possible flip on the way home. Went to bed.

Couldn't sleep w/o my BP fix.

Learned stuff on BP 'til almost 1 am.

Yesterday met w/ fellow BPer @ , for the first time. Was nice to meet ya Wayne. Mentioned @ podcast to another newbie, to ease some of his family's concerns. I played her podcast for my wife. Thanks @.

Oh yeah, spent some time on craigslist looking @ owner financed props. Got some #s but I'm going to wait 'til morning to call.
