William Hochstedler I'm looking for an accurate list of pre-foreclosures in my area. I'm trying to start my direct mail campaign. I found some websites online, however I'm not sure if that's the best approach.

Yes. I always use Zillow. However their numbers can be unaccurate in some areas in Baltimore City.

Hey Biggerpockets. Anybody knows the best way to find out an approximate number for the rent I can get from a property? I know I can just look at comps. However, in some areas in Baltimore City is difficult to find stable numbers. Thanks.

INVESTORS & WHOLESALERS IN BALTIMORE:

I'm currently trying to expand my portfolio by adding some rentals in the Baltimore City area. If anybody has good off market deals, send them my way. We buy cash.

Ned Carey I'm looking for cash flow and I can tolerate all the risk. I currently flip houses, I don't really have any experience with rentals.
