Hey Biggerpockets. I've been driving for dollars for quite a while, and I have a solid list of addresses. My question is, what is the best way to get the most accurate and current phone numbers in order to reach out to the owners? I tried Spokeo; however, none of my attempts were successfull. Phone numbers were either wrong or outdated. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

@Ned Carey sounds like a plan. I've been using the MLS since I started rehabbing. However, I'm looking forward to start doing marketing, driving for dollars and direct mail to see what works best for me. Thanks for your input.

@Jay Hinrichs @William Hochstedler Thanks for the advice.
