Finding the right financing in order to expand my portfolio with rentals seems to be one of my challenges for this year.

Austin Youmans Jason Hirko Also the websites that offer a pre-approval ask for a set price of a house and renovations costs. I've been looking for deals this past months, but I have nothing so far. Also I want to have a pre-approval letter before making offers.
