Hey Biggerpockets. I'm currently expanding my real estate portfolio and I'm looking for people interested in financing some of the rentals. I live in Columbia MD and looking forward to buy either multi-family properties or single apartments in Baltimore City. Please contact me for more details on some of the deals. Thanks.

Cordially,

Hey Biggerpockets. Anybody knows if multi-family properties are a good deal here in Maryland? I've been searching in Baltimore and the Anne Arundel County and options seem to be limited. Any advise? Thanks.

Hey Biggerpockets. Anybody knows what's the best area for rentals in Baltimore and the Anne Arundel county? Also, what is a good way to find off-market deals for investors? Thanks.

Hello Biggerpockets. I'm Nestor from MD. I'm looking for properties to flip in the Baltimore County area. Anybody knows what's the best type of property to start with? I'm still a rookie and I'm not sure if I should start with a detached home, a townhouse or an apartment. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Austin Youmans Jason Hirko Also the websites that offer a pre-approval ask for a set price of a house and renovations costs. I've been looking for deals this past months, but I have nothing so far. Also I want to have a pre-approval letter before making offers.
