Ryan

Louisville is great but be careful. Most up and coming areas here will take a long time to really be something. Also there are fine lines as to what is up and coming and what is a BAD area. You really really need to do your homework. Known good areas are the Highlands and St Mathews. You can do well in those areas. That said its a tough market. Everyone is looking in those areas as well. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

@Troy Cole JV/Wholesale and so on may be an option as well. Key is to make sure you have a real "deal" and if you do the money will come. I am always looking for deals and opportunities. Feel free to message or email me with deal info to discuss options. Keep hustling and things will work out.

@Account Closed Welcome... I think its great that at 19 you are actually doing something. Most never start! That's the key just start doing something! You will learn much faster this way.

I would say find the deals first. If you find real "deals" you will have NO problem finding a buyer. I am always looking for deals (no west end) and would be glad to look at anything you find. True deals will sell themselves!

Good luck
