Beginning my Real Estate Career

At the age of 19 I'm finally putting what I've learned to use. I'm getting my RE career underway and doing so by wholesaling. To me, after the research, helpful mentors, and books I've read, wholesaling is a good way to start off. I plan on wholesaling real estate for a few years before I begin flipping. Right now I'm marketing in my hometown of Louisville, KY in hopes to find several real estate investors before I begin to find homes to wholesale. I would like feedback on this. Let me know if you think it's smart for me to begin finding buyers before sellers, or any advice you have for me. Thank you.
