Hello All!

I am a beginning real estate investor, who along with my wife are looking to expand our portfolio with primarily rental income properties. We currently own a "luxury" condo in beautiful San Diego, but we are looking to start and then build a SFH and MFH portfolio in Louisville, KY, which is where my wife is from.

We currently live overseas in Naples, Italy (Naval Officer), but will be moving back to the States sometime in 2017.
