Hey everyone on BP. Currentlly I am an Instructor at a Middle Scholol. I've been on here for the past couple of months getting educated in REI. This is something I've wanting to do for a while and I am very much still wet behind the ears. My goal is to do buy and hold deals with apartment complexes and shopping plazas . I am interested in learning more about wholesaling, but buy and hold is what I want to master first. At this point I am interested in multi family homes. I`ve downloaded the Beginner Guid to Real Estate Investing, watched several webinars, and listened to some podcast. Eventuall once I master the market I am in, I would like to venture into other markets to invest like Nashville, TN, Indianapolis, IN, and Atlanta, Ga. I look forward to networking and doing business with you all in the not so distant future. Any advice or knowledge of deals please let me know. Hope to here from you soon.
