Hello Guys!

I've been thinking about this for a while an read a post in this local forum and wanted to see if there were any other interest in this.

Will you be interested in a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly call solely about Real Estate marketing strategies, tools, technology, automation etc as it related to our market?? AKA - ATL RE Marketing Mastermind

I envision something where we can help each others, share our ideas, perhaps even work together on deals. However this is completely 100% about being better at marketing, trying new things, sharing, etc

This includes - Networking events, Sales, Marketing, Advertising - Online presence (fb, insta, google) etc., technology for websites (lead propeller, investor carrot etc) , automation tools, offline strategies, tracking marketing etc., cold calling, LOI and offer submission automation, prospecting, driving for dollars, direct mail strategies, marketing budget, do's and dont's, Marketing Co-Ops, Business Branding, Bandit signs, Craigslist post/Ads, Company gear, Logo, Business cards, etc...everything we need to do to get leads consistently and making deals.

Marketing and Networking are the backbone of RE and any business.

This mastermind should be a place for "Iron to sharpen Iron"

Please let me know if this is of interest to you and your business. Everyone and Anyone is welcome. As long as you can share anything you know about marketing. And if you dont, you can always learn from others, then research so you can have something to contribute.

Looking forward to hearing the feedback for this.

Thank,

Chuks

I totally agree with you. Sales is the  most essential in any business in my opinion, we have been selling all our lives, but are we efficient at it, that is the question. In life you are either selling or someone is selling  you, I think I read that from one of Grant's book. I believe this to be true. We sell everyday, why not become very efficient at it. It would benefit everyone. I know some people cringe at the word "salesman" or "saleswoman" for that matter, but that's who we are, and to become successful on any endeavor, we have to become good at it.

Just my 2 cents on it.

Hey Elliot, we should chat and mastermind from one another.

I've been looking at the number of REIA in the area and haven't found one that focused on sales and marketing. As we already know, sales, marketing, networking and everything lead gen...these are inevitable for real estate success. I'd LOVE to be part of a mastermind where we can share strategies, tools and automation ideas. Creative out of the box ideas.

I think its crucially important. Maybe we can start with a weekly or monthly call then go from there.

Anyone interested? Since we are all busy...maybe a 1hr call bi-weekly or something like that to help encourage, share and help each other. Potentially do deal together.

I can create a post to see if there are any interests. Look out for that in the Local GA forum guys!

Thank you

Hello GA Peeps!

Can you recommend a local Atlanta, GA contractor? I know this is a tough one for some people. However, if you are brave enough to share a contractor you have used and have had good experiences, I will greatly appreciate.

I just need someone honest about their business, who they are and their capabilities. No pipe dreams

Thank you!

Hello BP Community! I need some advise on how to go about hiring Acquisition Manager (AM).  I believe if I can find the right person and can agree on commission only starting out, this will greatly help my business. I dont know if i'm being realistic. I have NOT posted an ad on Craigslist yet. I wanted to seek some advise before I continued.

If you have experience with hiring an AM for your business...what was your process? Do's and Dont's?? Especially if you are in Atlanta, GA

I'd like to know:

1. Job posting? - craigslist, Facebook, etc. ??

2. Pay - How did you pay them? Commission only starting out?

3. Responsibilities??

4. How many leads/deals did you have to get consistently before you decided to hire one? (I guess, when is the right time to hire one)

5. Any other input i'm missing about hiring the right AM form y business.

6. If you live in Atlanta and can recommend an AM, Please reach out or comment below.

Thank you!

Chuks

@Nick K. I would sell if you can get what you want. Then next purchases, always include the property mgmt expense even if you self manage. Like they say "buy right". Also target tired landlords and try creative strategies with acquiring from them. Goodluck!

@Matt Shields Thats why relationship matters in this business and its important with sellers. Your brand messaging and how we interact with sellers. Create value. I dont think Zillow is a threat. They cant buy every house. Not every seller will run to Zillow. Also, examine your "toolbox". If all you have in there is "flipping" then you flipping losing. You need other tools in your toolbox in the RE game. In this case, competition is non existent. Its nothing! I dont fear competition, i fear myself! I used to until i added more tools to my toolbox. Dont just buy ugly houses. Pretty houses need love too

@DJ Dawson you nailed it! I also use the Homesnap app when driving for dollars. It helps me find info or address on a property when the street number isnt clear. I found driving for dollar to be amazing. When you mix it if a drip campaign, even better response. Then follow that up with offers in the mail, the cold call... RE...is all about engineering processes...test, adjust, implement, repeat
