@Timothy Howdeshell You dont need an MBA to make 130k or more. I think however, you should get a Masters degree on a technical subject that will help you enhance your career. An MBA from Cornell is good but its too expensive. Also, i would look at what certifications you can get that would help. For example you can go for the PMP - Project Management Professional certification or something specific to your industry. I wouldn't say dont get a higer education but 130k is simply ridUNculous. Education is always important. If you can get finding, scholarships etc then sure go for it but on student loan...thats a bad decision. Find a cheaper school but dont get an MBA from there...it needs to be more specific than an MBA...which is too general in my opinion. Its almost a scam.

@William D Banks II You can purchase the property from him "subject to" his existing loan if its a fixed rate. This allows him to walk away and you get what you want. Setup escrow to handle the payments so both parties have peace of mind. Good luck

@Leroy Feireira-shearin wholesaling can be challenging but that depends on how serious you are. This is a marketing business so...get GREAT at marketing. There are better tech tools out there to help make this easier. Its also a numbers game so "play" the numbers. Forget about competition. Dont dump your money in direct mail. Find your specific list, skip trace, call, target with fb ads, track, repeat. Its easy...and it works...put your mind to it. Forget the noise! Just make sure to educate yourself now and ongoing... and change your family tree. Impossible is nothing!
