@Cody L. That's awesome man! Question... Why did you sell your property to the other guy as opposed to holding it and realizing that gain yourself?

Hey Derrick! If it's something you really want to do no one will be able to do you my man! My suggestion is to drop the thought process of "willing to go the extra mile to be successful as my life has been tough." Everyone's life is tough... There is no such thing as a Beaver Cleaver childhood. Instead I would focus more energy on why you are willing to put in the work. Something like "I'm willing to go the extra mile to be successful because" - I want a better life for my family. - I want to be able to give more back to my community. - I want to change the path I'm going down through this life. Change your thoughts, and you will change your world!

I don't know much about the home inspection business but I would take a few well known inspectors out for coffee and see if you are able to add value to them or their business. Also check out the REIA's in your area. There are usually inspectors there as well as people needing inspections done. That would be a great place to start!

Thanks @Mike Reynolds ! When I left I didn't speak any Spanish... Like none!!! Now after 2 years of traveling Latin America I speak enough to get by, but like you said in some countries the words don't mean the same as in the next country... That poses a different problem altogether! Lucky Latin people are some of the friendliest I have ever met :D

I don't know if Nacogdoches is on the way to anywhere hahahaha No man seriously I'm selling the motorcycle here in Santiago, Chile and flying back stateside next week. Along the way, I'm going to make a week long pit stop in Lima, Peru and then another stop for a month or so in Mexico!!!!!! Then Ill finally be back In OKC :D

Message me, man! I would love to meet up, and catch up!!!!!!!

PS- I was trying to decide on riding with one horsepower or 64 for the afternoon... The bike is fun but I opted for my new friend for some mountain exploring today. Back on the bike tomorrow hahaha

One morning in Bolivia I came out to the bike ready for a great ride through the mountains, only to find a turkey had claimed my bike as his own! He was seriously not letting me get to the bike for like 20 mins... Finally, I got a long stick and swept him away from the general motorcycle area baaahahaha

This is just over 14,000 feet above sea level in the Andes of Northern Peru. A fairly tall pass even for Peru. hahaha

Hey man! Welcome to BP!!!

My thought process is to start with the end in mind man. If you just want a little extra money every month then you should follow a different path then if you wanted to have more than enough passive income to travel the world on. Regardless of the end game, I might suggest to skip the residential side of things and go straight to commercial. There are many benefits and very few drawbacks.

Wish you all the best! Enjoy and be safe :D
