Newbie from Tulsa, OK
Hello everyone! My name is Brice Inbody, I am currently a Junior at the University of Oklahoma finishing up a degree in accounting. As I am wrapping up my college years, I asked myself, what's next? Because I knew I didn't want an office job nor did I want to spend my days making someone else rich, I decided to spend some time researching several different industries and analyzing the pros and cons of each. After hours of research, I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in real estate.
I believe that Tulsa and Oklahoma City are two cities with great real estate opportunites. I would like to begin with residential property/ remodeling and eventually move into commercial real estate. I have a slight background in construction so I have no problem with peforming labor myself.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for a newbie like myself. I am very grateful for any advice, I have a lot to learn!
